Chateau Development, a family-owned real estate management company, has been in business since 1974. The company offers two locations in Lincoln, Nebraska, featuring a total of seven complexes that comprise 1,204 apartments and townhomes. Widely known as one of the top apartment management companies in the area, Chateau Development has received the Best of Lincoln people's choice award from KFOR for the past 10 years.

Chateau Terrace is often described as Lincoln’s premier luxury apartment complex, featuring both apartments and townhomes with many major upgrades. Charleston Court includes over 200 apartments and townhomes just off 63rd and Holdrege, with a brand-new building opening up this spring. Adriana Court and Chateau Meadows have rich cedar exteriors and a more secluded feel. These one- and two-bedroom apartments are nestled along the creek, with the Lincoln City walk/bike trail at your front door. For active seniors, Chateau Gardens is a relaxing place to call home.
